Deep Tissue Massage The seasoned spa-goer may enjoy deeper pressure, stretching or trigger point therapy that goes beyond the superficial muscles and tissues. This therapeutic massage may target specific areas or serve as a head to toe massage that uses deep pressure all over. Focus Massage This shorter massage is meant to focus on one area that needs special attention and lots of it! Whether it’s an overused back or stressed neck and shoulders, this customized massage will treat the area that needs relief the most. 30 minutes: $75

Scalp & Neck Treatment Our special blend of warm oils are used to nourish hair and relieve tension on the scalp, neck, and shoulders. You may request no oils be used in the hair. 30 minutes: $75

Reflexology Massage Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet or hands to promote relaxation and the body’s natural healing process. These points are believed to correspond to organs and glands in the body and applying pressure can stimulate energy pathways, unblock any that are blocked and restore balance to the body.

Cupping Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which the therapist puts special cups on the skin creating a suction. The underlying tissue is raised partway into the cup to enhance circulation, release toxins and help relieve pain. You may choose this by itself, or in addition to a massage. 30 minutes: $75

Prenatal Massage This treatment is designed for expectant mothers who have completed the first trimester of pregnancy. Extra care and special techniques are used to help alleviate the normal discomforts of pregnancy such as backaches, stiff neck and muscle tension. Special cushions and pillows are used to make sure the mother is safe and comfortable during the treatment. Massage includes essential oil aromatherapy and a scalp massage. Must be at over 12 weeks pregnant to book this massage. 60 minutes: $105
