Most reservations cancelled 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival will not be assessed a penalty or charge. The Wine & Spirits Weekend package, available in March, requires a $250.00 non-refundable deposit. No show reservations will be charged for the first night's room rate plus tax and the remaining portion of the reservation will be cancelled without additional charge.
Room rate is based on double occupancy. Guestrooms with 3 or more adult guests will be charged $15 for each additional adult guest per day. Guests 16 years of age and older are considered adults. The actual number of guests occupying a room will determine the exact room charge. A change in the number of guests, number of adults, length of stay, or dates of the reservation may result in a rate change.
A valid credit card is required to confirm and hold your reservation. Your credit card may be authorized prior to your arrival to determine if it is valid. Your financial institution determines the terms of authorization. Reservations that are not guaranteed with a valid credit card may be released by 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Specific room numbers are not pre-assigned; only room types are pre-assigned. Your actual room number is determined on the day of arrival.
