Whiskey Selection

Frank O’Dowd’s Irish Pub & Grill is recognized for its expansive collection of nearly 50 whiskeys, scotches and bourbons from around the globe. While there are a number of variations, the four primary types are as follows:

Irish Whiskey

Malted/unmalted barley blended with other grains; tripled distilled; aged at least five years in oak barrels

Single Malt Scotch

Malted barley double distilled and aged for at least three years in oak barrels

Blended Scotch

Combination of mature single malt scotch and young grain whiskies

Bourbon

Distilled from at least 51% corn and aged in new charred-oak barrels for a minimum of two years
