Booking an Appointment
The best way to book an appointment is to call Galena Day Spa directly at 815-776-9905. This is the fastest and easiest method and also the most
efficient way to answer any questions you may have.
Spa services are always in high demand and are booked on a "first come first serve basis," so we recommend scheduling
your spa services two weeks ahead of time in order to receive the times that work best for you. Weekends are
especially busy so booking your appointments when making your hotel room reservation is best.
If you are in charge of scheduling a group, the best way to do this is to have each person's name and the services
they have selected before you call to schedule in order to get your entire group in together.

Cancellations
When booking an appointment you will be asked for a credit card or reservation number to hold the appointment.
We ask that you respectfully give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel any appointments for any reason.
